Exciting News to Share....

Sorry for the blogging lull, I've been on vacation, which was awesome :)! S and I went to the ocean, and to SF and to the "mountains" of Cali. and we had a lot of fun, and I came back with a little tan.

But that's not anythign crazy exciting compared to this. My very bestest friend whose blog you can find here.. www.7sleeps.blogspot.com is coming to ALASKA!!!!! :D :D :D It's been a year and 6 months since I will have seen her and def. VERY DEF. overdue BFF time :) Im soooo excited to see her!!! We have been friends since 8th grade but best friends since our freshman/sophmore year. We have had so many crazy times together, and we always make the best memories together..

Can't wait to see you NDA!!!

Loverly Monday

It's Monday once again, and it's SUNNY!:( This is really rather depressing because it wasn't very nice all weekend, and Friday was nice and today is nice. How is that supposed to work? How Mr. Sunshine am I supposed to enjoy you if I'm INSIDE in an office??

Read,White,and Bleu

This weekend was a blast for various reasons. Tried on a bridesmaid dress, went to a wedding, saw a parade, and fireworks, and celebrated a birthday.

S and I had fun creating our dream things last night... including a dream car

and a dream home. This one is gorgeous!!

S's brother B and his girlfriend A made these yesterday for their dad D's birthday. Tequila LIme cupcakes. YUM they were SOOO delicious, I loved it. What a fun recipe and idea.

Today I'm wearing a pair of vera wang gladiator flats, and I just love them. I just have a little problem walking in them, haha. They are soo cute though! I love flats, flip flops, anything that does NOT have a heel. I'm tall so I feel like heels are not an option. What is your favorite pair of shoes?

My project of the week/month? A diaper cake... I have a baby luncheon shower in two Saturdays. I hope mine turns out like this one

How cute is this?? Any diaper cake makers out there? Any suggestions??

My mind is blogged...

I have had a blogging lull. I'm not really sure what to blog about so this will be random Thursday.I find myself expecting things to be very bad lately, financially,emotionally,physically, whatever... and yet God is teaching me to not always watch out for the worst. First of all I had a Dr. Appointment earlier this week, something I was VERY nervous about, and anxious that the Dr. woudl find somethign wrong. Of course, that didn't happen everything looks extremely normal, and I'm pretty dang healthy :). Then my paycheck. We get paid the 1st and the 16th, and I was super afraid that my paycheck was going to be extremely low, and I wasn't going to have anything to pay my bills, and what not. God again is good, because my paycheck was just high enough, and also I'm getting a couple extra bucks here and there to help out some folks, and I'm doing a housesitting gig starting next week. did I mention God is good? Then, I got a call about a wrong mailing address from my car insurance, so I called back and asked for the correct one, and while I was at it, asked what my new monthly payments were. Before my payments were EXTREMELY i mean VERY high, and God again is good, because they got lowered a 100.00 a month! That's WAY awesome!! I am struggling right now with catchign up on bills, but I know I am extremley blessed and God always takes care of me.. :)How are you taken care of??
